BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!!!

Whatever you try to achieve in your life, no one will ever believe in you. But, in order to succeed, at least one person should believe in you, and you know who that person is. It is YOU. Nothing great has ever been achieved without believing that it could be achieved. Don't think that all the inventions that you see today are created by magic. Think about any invention and inventor, bulb and Edison, flying machine and Wright brothers, how do you think these are invented. The inventors believed that such machines can be invented. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been possible. As said by Swami vivekananda, " All power is within you, you can achieve anything and everything." All you need to do is to believe in yourself.

Very often, taking up the first step is very difficult. We all have a goal and want to achieve it but it requires tremendous energy to take up the first step. It is because of the fact that the past, where we had some bitter experiences of failures try to hold us back. Many times, it is like the fear of failure, which stops us even from giving it a try. The fear is true and it is real. It is like gravity which holds the rocket from flying into the skies. More than half of the fuel is spent in lifting the rocket just few feet off the ground and remaining fuel takes the rocket into the skies. Similarly, lot of effort has to be spent in order to break the gravity of fear from past failures and start flying. The first steps are always very difficult and hard to take. But, once you start, the rest will be a cake walk. The key is to get up and keep going when you fall down badly.

When a young giraffe is born, it is generally weak, very weak even to stand on its own feet. But, if the young doesn't stand up and start walking, it would probably be its last day on the earth. The predators can easily locate a new born. The mother giraffe knows it well. So, when the giraffe falls on the ground for the first time, it is weak and it refuses to stand up and keep up with the herd. The mother giraffe kicks the young one, so hard that the young one sometimes rolls off and finally stands up. Then, the mother giraffe again kicks it to make it fall on the ground. The mother repeats this process so that the young one will remember the way it got up. If the baby giraffe fails to stand up, it would end up dead. Even our lives can be compared to the baby giraffes. We get knocked down, defeated, we have to get up and keep trying, otherwise we will fall prey to the competition.

FEAR.....

Its Exam Time........
Fear of failure is real. Actually 99 percent of the students will be thinking the same now. There are two solutions for this,
1. External inspiration.
2. Internal motivation.

External inspiration comes from reading about great people. How they have changed the world and how their dreams are different from others. How they had overcome the tough times and how they didn't think about fitting in the society. There are various things to be scared of. But the only fear worth your thoughts should be the one that your might die useless without contributing anything worthy to the world. I suggest that if you have time please read about Nicholas Tesla. Every minute of your life, you should live inspired. The more you know about great people and great work, the more you will get inspired. It is like the start dust rubs on you by spending the time reading about the stars.

Internal motivation comes from believing in yourself and knowing that you have learned a lot and improved over the past few months and at this pace of learning, you could do more in the coming years. Giving a pep talk to yourself every three hours to keep you motivated really helps in overcoming this fear. This is an ancient technique which was followed by great kings. But in their cases, they had other people to give the pep talk. But you should do it yourself now. If you are serious about your success, make it a habit.
